SHARED SUPPORT FOR LEASE

To ensure that partners can indulge in their endeavor without hassles, the lease will be  supported by 2 full size patient lifts, 1 Passenger lift, Dumb waiter lift, MRD, Mortuary, CSSD & Laundry,  medical laboratory, Pharmacy, Blood storage, cafe and metered common utilities.
Service staff, piped gas & pressure, canteen services, communication networks can be part of shared services.
Additionally the Stilt area  comprising of approx 400m2 in open format is shared for patient party, counseling and utilities.
