PART LEASE

Where an outright branding relationship is not desirable, we are open for floor leasing.
In such case, a total  open floor space of 1381 m2  (675 m2 on 1st floor & 706 m2 on 2nd floor) is available.
Like minded  medical entities willing to generally align medical support for post golden hour protocols are welcome.
A minimum of 25 beds, 2 major OTs have been planned therein.
Fittings, fixtures, Beds,  OTs, paneling, medical equipment & tools of the trade will be acquired by Lessee.
